Cooperation with HHSC and state administrative agencies. (a) Cooperation with HHSC contractors. CONTRACTOR agrees to reasonably cooperate with and work with the State’s contractors, subcontractors and third-party representatives as requested by HHSC. To the extent permitted by HHSC’s financial and personnel resources, HHSC agrees to reasonably cooperate with CONTRACTOR and to use its best efforts to ensure that HHSC's other HHSC Programs contractors reasonably cooperate with CONTRACTOR.
