Each tenant shall cooperate with Landlord in obtaining maximum effectiveness of the cooling system by closing drapes and other window coverings when the sun's rays fall on the windows of the Leases Premises. No tenant shall tamper with, alter or change the setting of any thermostats or temperature control valves.
