Landlord’s Expenses. In the event Tenant shall assign this Lease or sublet the Premises or request the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall pay Landlord's reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, attorneys', architects', accountants', engineers' or other consultants' fees.

Landlord’s Expenses. If Landlord consents to an assignment, sublease or other transfer by Tenant of all or any portion of Tenants interest under this Lease, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for its actual administrative expenses and for legal, accounting and other out of pocket expenses incurred by Landlord, all not to exceed an aggregate of Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($250.00).
Landlord’s Expenses. If legal action is brought for recovery of possession of the Demised Premises, for the recovery of Rent or any other amount due under this Lease, or because of the breach of any other terms, covenants or conditions herein contained on the part of the Tenant to be kept or performed, and a breach is established, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord all reasonable expenses incurred therefor, including solicitor’s fee (on a solicitor and client basis), unless a Court shall otherwise award.

Landlord’s Expenses. Tenant shall pay on demand Landlord's expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, expenses and administrative hearing and court costs incurred either directly or indirectly in enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease, in curing any default by Tenant hereunder, in connection with appearing, defending or otherwise participating in any action or proceeding arising from the filing, imposition, contesting, discharging or satisfaction of any lien or claim for lien, in defending or otherwise participating in any legal proceedings initiated by or on behalf of Tenant wherein Landlord is not adjudicated to be in default under this Lease, or in connection with any investigation or review of any conditions or documents in the event Tenant requests Landlord's approval or consent to any action of Tenant which may be desired by Tenant or required of Tenant hereunder.

Landlord’s Expenses. Upon an Event of Default, Tenant shall also be liable for and shall pay to Landlord, in addition to any sum provided to be paid pursuant to this Lease: (i) the reasonable costs and expenses of securing new tenants, including expenses for refixturing, alterations and other costs in connection with preparing the Tenant Space for the new tenant and any reasonable or necessary alterations, (ii) the cost of removing and storing Tenant’s or other occupant’s property, and (iii) all reasonable expenses incurred by Landlord in enforcing Landlord’s remedies, including actual attorneys’ fees. Past due rental and other past due payments shall bear interest from maturity at the Default Rate (as defined in Section 3.5 of this Lease) until paid.
Landlord’s Expenses. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for a reasonable processing fee, any reasonable Out-of-Pocket Costs that Landlord incurs in connection with any proposed Transfer, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneysfees and disbursements, and the reasonable costs of making investigations as to the acceptability of the proposed Transferee, within thirty (30) days after Landlord gives to Tenant an invoice therefor together with reasonable supporting documentation for the charges set forth therein.
Landlord’s Expenses. If the Lease or Tenant’s right of possession to the Premises is terminated due to Tenant’s default, then all reasonable expenses of Landlord in repairing, restoring, or altering the Premises for reletting as general office space, together with leasing fees and all other expenses in seeking and obtaining a new Tenant (collectively “Reletting Costs”), shall be charged to and be a liability of Tenant.
