Cooperation with Law Enforcement. The Board's administrative and supervisory personnel shall cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with the latter's investigation and prosecution of any such offense. If court attendance is required of the employee in connection with the prosecution by the district of any such offense, the employee shall suffer no loss of pay for absence for such court attendance.
