Common use of Cooperation with Legal Claims Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Legal Claims. The Executive will, with reasonable notice during or after the Period of Employment, furnish information as may be in his possession and reasonably cooperate with WEX and its affiliates as may reasonably be requested in connection with any claims or legal action in which WEX or any of its affiliates is or may become a party. The foregoing shall not unreasonably interfere with the Executive's duties to any successor employer and the Company shall reimburse the Executive for any reasonable expenses incurred for providing such assistance.
