Common use of Cooperation with Lessee Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Lessee. Certificate Trustee, Administrative Agent and each Participant shall, to the extent reasonably requested by Lessee (but without assuming additional liability on account thereof), at Lessee's expense, cooperate to allow Lessee to (a) perform its covenants contained in Section 5.1, including at any time and from time to time, upon the reasonable request of Lessee, to promptly and duly execute and deliver any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as Lessee may request in order to perform such covenants, and (b) further Lessee's requirements as lessee of the Systems and related Equipment.

Cooperation with Lessee. (a) Certificate Trustee, Administrative Agent and each Participant shall, to the extent reasonably requested by Lessee (but without assuming additional liability on account thereof), at Lessee's expense, cooperate to allow Lessee to (a) perform its covenants contained in Section 5.15.39(a), including including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the reasonable request of Lessee, to promptly and duly execute and deliver any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants, and (b) further Lessee's requirements as lessee of the Systems and related Equipment.

Cooperation with Lessee. Certificate TrusteeLessor, Administrative the Participants and Agent and each Participant shall, to the extent reasonably requested by Lessee (but without assuming additional liability liabilities, duties or other obligations on account thereof), at Lessee's expense, cooperate to allow with Lessee to (a) perform in connection with its covenants contained in Section 5.1herein including, including without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the reasonable request of Lessee, to promptly and duly execute and deliver any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants, and (b) further Lessee's requirements as lessee of the Systems and related Equipment.
