Common use of Cooperation with Lessee Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Lessee. The Lessor shall, to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liability on account thereof), as a Transaction Cost, and at the Lessee’s expense thereafter, cooperate to allow the Lessee to further the Lessee’s requirements as lessee of each Leased Property including to file any statement with respect to any tax abatements or other requirements; provided none of the foregoing expose the Lessor to increased liability under the Operative Documents.
