COOPERATION WITH OTHER BROKERS. When the Property is marketed for lease, Broker will allow other brokers to show the Property to prospective tenants. If the other broker procures a tenant who leases the Property, Xxxxxx will offer to pay the other broker a fee out of the compensation Broker receives under Paragraph 11. As of the date this agreement is signed, Xxxxxx's policy is to offer other brokers the following amounts.
