Cooperation with Oversight Activities. OEWD agrees to cooperate with Alliance in its oversight activities and shall take such corrective action as is necessary to comply with State and Federal law. OEWD further agrees to provide timely, accurate, and appropriate data and information to enable Alliance to fulfill applicable accrediting organizations’ and Federal and State regulatory filing requirements, provided the disclosure of such information is consistent with applicable State and Federal laws regarding confidentiality.
