Common use of Cooperation with Rating Agencies and Investors Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Rating Agencies and Investors. Borrower covenants and agrees that if Lender decides to include the Loan as an asset of a Secondary Market Transaction, Borrower will do all of the following: (a) At Lender’s request, meet with representatives of the Rating Agencies and/or investors to discuss the business and operations of the Mortgaged Property. (b) Permit Lender or its representatives to provide related information to the Rating Agencies and/or investors. (c) Cooperate with the reasonable requests of the Rating Agencies and/or investors in connection with all of the foregoing.

(b) Permit Funding Lender or its representatives to provide related information to the Rating Agencies and/or investors. (c) Cooperate with the reasonable requests of the Rating Agencies and/or investors in connection with all of the foregoing.
