Borrower covenants and agrees that in the event Xxxxxx decides to include the Loan as an asset of a Secondary Market Transaction, Borrower shall (a) at Lender’s request, meet with representatives of the Rating Agencies and/or investors to discuss the business and operations of the Mortgaged Property, and (b) permit Lender or its representatives to provide related information to the Rating Agencies and/or investors, and (c) cooperate with the reasonable requests of the Rating Agencies and/or investors in connection with all of the foregoing.
