Common use of Cooperation with Successor Operator of Automobile Rental Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Successor Operator of Automobile Rental. Car Concession Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Contract, the Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with the Authority and with any and all successor contractors to ensure a smooth transition from the Contractor to any successor contractor.
