Cooperation with third parties, delegation and outsourcing. 11.1 When cooperating with third parties, delegating part of the activities or outsourcing, the project partner structures that are signatories to this agreement will alone remain responsible to the LP and the Programme authorities regarding the execution of their obligations by virtue of conditions set out in this agreement.
