Common use of Coordinating Release Clause in Contracts

Coordinating Release. Libre will coordinate the Detainee’s release process with the applicable governmental agencies, pick up the Detainee upon their release, transport the Detainee to a restaurant, and treat them to a meal. Libre will further make arrangements for the Detainee to travel to their designated family or friends. In the event that such travel takes more than a day, Libre will give the Detainee up to $20 per travel-day to facilitate certain travel expenses.
