Coordination and Non-Duplication. In carrying out the project under this Agreement, Grantee shall assure that the planning, design work and implementation of activities are coordinated with activities conducted by Grantee under other related ARC grants, if any, and shall assure that there shall be no duplication of effort or funding under this Agreement of any work or payments under those grants.
