Common use of Coordination Committee Inauguration and Authorization Clause in Contracts

Coordination Committee Inauguration and Authorization. The Parties shall form a Coordination Committee under this Agreement. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, each of the Parties shall appoint two representatives, a principal and an alternate, to serve as members of the Coordination Committee with the authority to act on their behalf with respect to actions or decisions taken by the Coordination Committee. A Party may, at any time upon providing prior notice to the other Party, designate a replacement principal member or alternate member to the Coordination Committee.
