Coordination with CAISO. Seller shall be responsible in accordance with Section E, paragraph1, above for all outage coordination communications with the CAISO. Buyer shall cooperate with Seller in arranging and coordinating all Project outages with the CAISO. Seller shall install a Telemetering System at the Facility, unless otherwise agreed to by Buyer. If the Project is interconnected to a portion of SDG&E’s distribution system operating at a voltage below 10 kV, then a Telemetering System may be required on Projects 250 kW or greater. SDG&E shall only require telemetering to the extent that less intrusive and/or more cost effective options for providing the necessary data in real time are not available.
