If the Work produces conditions rendering the occupied portions of building, the Site, or other areas uninhabitable, either because of noise, dust, vibration, smoke, fumes, or for any other cause whatsoever, the District Representative may suspend the Work or direct Contractor to modify the Contract Schedule, and Contractor shall comply. If provided by Change Order, Contractor shall be entitled to a time extension or increase in the Guaranteed Maximum Price by virtue of conflicts between Contractor’s work and District’s occupancy.
