Temporary Access through Construction Areas. Contractor shall provide temporary access to existing occupied facilities when scheduled work is not completed by the as provided in the Contract Schedule. Contractor will submit to the District Representative, for review and approval, a detailed plan for temporary access for approval prior to installation. The submitted plan shall include solution to recover delay.
