Coordinators, Student Affairs. ‌‌ a) Appointments to the Coordinator, Student Affairs position will be for a period of three years. They will be responsible to the Principal to provide leadership for various student programmes, to support and enhance existing programs, undertake new initiatives; provide advice to and coordinate student activities; promote and organize activities and programs to enhance student life, participation and to promote school spirit in accordance with the School’s terms of reference for this position. b) In the event of an opening, the School will invite applications for that position from teachers in the relevant Branch and will consider such applications before making an appointment. During vacations or the absence of a teacher, a notice to the teacher emailed to their personal and school email is adequate notice. c) Appointments to these positions will be a prerogative of the School’s administration. d) A Coordinator, Student Affairs may be removed from this position for cause at any time by the School’s administration. e) A Coordinator, Student Affairs will receive a stipend of $3,621 per school year, in addition to the normal remuneration paid to teachers. f) In addition, a Coordinator, Student Affairs shall be entitled to 3 periods per 10 –day cycle of scheduled release time from other duties.
