The Administrative Agent will distribute to each Lender each document or instrument received for its account and copies of all other communications received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower Borrowers for distribution to the Lenders by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. To the extent otherwise permitted hereunder, the Administrative Agent will request of the Borrowers any information reasonably requested by any Lender.
