Copies, etc. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to each Lender and the Issuer of each notice or request required or permitted to be given to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (unless concurrently delivered to the Lenders and the Issuer by the Borrower). The Administrative Agent will distribute to each Lender and the Issuer each document or instrument received for such Lender's or the Issuers's account and copies of all other communications received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower for distribution to the Lenders and/or the Issuer by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
