Common use of Copies Furnished Clause in Contracts

Copies Furnished. Contractor will be furnished, free of charge, the number of complete sets of the Drawings, Specifications, and addenda as provided in the Agreeement or the Owner’s Special Conditions. Additional complete sets of Drawings and Specifications, if requested, will be furnished at reproduction cost to the entity requesting such additional sets. Electronic copies of such documents will be provided to Contractor without charge.
