Copies; Notice. The Warrant Agent shall keep copies of this Agreement and any notices given to Warrantholders hereunder available for inspection by the Warrantholders during normal business hours at the Corporate Agency Office. The Company shall supply the Warrant Agent from time to time with such numbers of copies of this Agreement as the Warrant Agent may reasonably request.
