STOP WORK NOTICE. The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.

Upon notification, the Grantee will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Grantee shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.
STOP WORK NOTICE. Immediately upon receipt of a written notice from the Grant Manager to stop work, the grantee shall cease all work under this Agreement.
STOP WORK NOTICE. In the event of unapproved changes in the Scope of Work, performance or changes outside the scope of the Grant Award Contract, illegal or unpermitted activities, or other material discrepancies between the Grant Award Contract and the Grantee’s activities, the Board reserves the right to issue notice to the Grantee to stop work. The notice will further specify that the Board will not approve resumption of performance or further payments until the issue or issues identified in the stop work notice have been resolved to the satisfaction of the Board.
STOP WORK NOTICE. The Grantee shall cease all work under this Agreement, immediately upon receipt of a written notice from the Grant Manager to stop work, where such notice is based on the Grant Manager’s reasonable belief that grant funds are being improperly expended.
STOP WORK NOTICE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the Corporation is giving or has given written notice to the Executive, pursuant to section 7.1.3 above, the Corporation will have the right, at any time prior to the end of the Employment Period, by giving notice to the Executive (a "Stop Work Notice") to require that the Executive cease to perform the Executive's duties and responsibilities and cease attending the Corporation's premises immediately upon the giving of the Stop Work Notice. The Executive will, as requested in these circumstances, resign all offices held in with entities in the EXFO Group.
STOP WORK NOTICE. Buyer may at any time, by written notice to Supplier, require Supplier to stop all or any part of the work called for by this Agreement. Any such notice must be specifically identified as a “Stop Work Notice”. Upon receipt of a Stop Work Notice, Supplier must promptly comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the costs arising from the work covered by the Stop Work Notice during the period of work stoppage. Within the period established in the Stop Work Notice, including any extension thereof, Buyer must either (i) cancel the Stop Work Notice or (ii) terminate this Agreement, totally or partially, or (iii) cancel the work covered by the Stop Work Notice in accordance with this Agreement. In the event Buyer cancels the Stop Work Notice or the period of the Stop Work Notice, including any extension thereof, Supplier must promptly resume work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
STOP WORK NOTICE. FOUNDATION reserves the right to issue an order to stop work in the event that: (1) a dispute should arise regarding the Services of SUBRECIPIENT; (2) funding for the program is reduced, suspended, terminated, discontinued, or fully expended for any reason. The stop work order will be in effect until the dispute has been resolved or as otherwise agreed to by FOUNDATION.
STOP WORK NOTICE. Immediately upon receiving a written notice from CalRecycle to stop work, the Grantee shall cease all work under this Agreement.
STOP WORK NOTICE. (a) When directed by written notice from Buyer, Seller shall immediately stop all or part of the work relating to this Order for the Products and duration specified in the notice (“Stop Work Notice”); provided, however, that Buyer may not issue a Stop Work Notice for a period of more than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of the notice without the written consent of Seller.
(b) If Buyer cancels a Stop Work Notice or if the period therein or in any agreed extension thereof expires, then Seller shall resume work under this Order, and Buyer and Seller will agree upon a reasonable adjustment in the delivery schedule, which shall be approximately the time then remaining to fulfill this Order, on a Product by Product basis, when the Stop Work Notice was issued. In no event shall such adjustment exceed 30% more than such amount of time. A Stop Work Notice shall not affect the applicable pricing for any of the Products in this Order.
