Before amending or supplementing the Registration Statement, or the Prospectus, or a document incorporated by reference therein, the Company shall furnish to the Agent a copy of each such proposed amendment or supplement and not to file any such proposed amendment or supplement to which the Agent objects, and to file with the Commission within the applicable period specified in Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act any prospectus required to be filed pursuant to such Rule 424(b).
