Copies of Audit Reports. Contractor shall deliver one (1) electronic draft report of each audited Contract to County by the date specified in the bid. Electronic draft shall be in Portable Document Format (PDF) format, or other format as determined by County. Contractor shall deliver two (2) bound hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of FINAL report for each audited Contract to County by the date specified on each bid. Bound hard copy shall include comb or spiral binding and protective cover.
