Common use of Copies of certificates of entry Clause in Contracts

Copies of certificates of entry. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall ensure that any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the Ship owned by that Owner is entered provides the Security Trustee with: (a) a certified copy of the certificate of entry for that Ship; (b) a letter or letters of undertaking in such form as may be required by the Security Trustee; and (c) where required to be issued under the terms of insurance/indemnity provided by the Borrower's protection and indemnity association, a certified copy of each United States of America voyage quarterly declaration (or other similar document or documents) made by that Owner in accordance with the requirements of such protection and indemnity association; and (d) a certified copy of each certificate of financial responsibility for pollution by oil or other Environmentally Sensitive Material issued by the relevant certifying authority.

The Borrower shall procure that each Owner Guarantor shall ensure that for any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the a Ship owned by that Owner is entered provides the Security Trustee will be provided with: (a) a certified copy of the certificate of entry for that Ship; (b) a letter or letters of undertaking in such form as may be required by the Security Trustee; and; (c) where required to be issued under the terms of insurance/indemnity provided by the Borrower's relevant Guarantor’s protection and indemnity association, a certified copy of each United States of America voyage quarterly declaration (or other similar document or documents) made by that Owner the relevant Guarantor in relation to the Ship owned by it in accordance with the requirements of such protection and indemnity association; and (d) a certified copy of each certificate of financial responsibility for pollution by oil or other Environmentally Sensitive Material issued by the relevant certifying authorityauthority in relation to the relevant Ship.

The Each Borrower shall, and shall procure that each the Collateral Owner shall shall, ensure that any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the Ship owned by that Owner it is entered provides the Security Trustee Lender with: (a) a certified copy of the certificate of entry for that such Ship; (b) a letter or letters of undertaking in such form as may be required by the Security Trustee; andLender; (c) where required to be issued under the terms of insurance/indemnity provided by the Borrower's ’s protection and indemnity association, a certified copy of each United States of America voyage quarterly declaration (or other similar document or documents) made by that Owner in accordance with the requirements of such protection and indemnity association; and (d) a certified copy of each certificate of financial responsibility for pollution by oil or other Environmentally Sensitive Material issued by the relevant certifying authorityauthority in relation to such Ship.

The relevant Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall ensure that any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the Ship owned by that Owner it is entered provides the Security Trustee with: (a) a certified copy of the certificate of entry for that the Ship; (b) a letter or letters of undertaking in such form as may be required by the Security Trustee; and; (c) where required to be issued under the terms of insurance/indemnity provided by the Borrower's protection and indemnity association, but only if and when so requested by the Agent, a certified copy of each United States of America voyage quarterly declaration (or other similar document or documents) made by such Borrower in relation to that Owner Ship in accordance with the requirements of such protection and indemnity association; and (d) a certified copy of each certificate of financial responsibility for pollution by oil or other Environmentally Sensitive Material issued by the relevant certifying authorityauthority in relation to that Ship.

The Borrower shall procure that each the Owner shall ensure that any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the Ship owned by that Owner is entered provides the Security Trustee Agent with: (a) a certified copy of the certificate of entry for that the Ship; (b) a letter or letters of undertaking which are customary in major marine insurance markets and in such form as may be required approved by the Security Trustee; andLenders; (c) where required to be issued under the terms of insurance/indemnity provided by the Borrower's Owner’s protection and indemnity association, a certified copy of each United States of America voyage quarterly declaration (or other similar document or documents) made by that the Owner in relation to the Ship in accordance with the requirements of such protection and indemnity association; and (d) a certified copy of each certificate of financial responsibility for pollution by oil or other Environmentally Sensitive Material issued by the relevant certifying authorityauthority in relation to the Ship.
