Common use of Copies of certificates of entry Clause in Contracts

Copies of certificates of entry. The Borrower shall procure that each Guarantor shall ensure that any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the Ship owned by it is entered provides the Lender with: (a) a certified copy of the certificate of entry for the Ship owned by it; (b) a letter or letters of undertaking in such form as may be required by the Lender having regard to current market practice; and (c) a certified copy of each certificate of financial responsibility for pollution by oil or other Environmentally Sensitive Material issued by the relevant certifying authority in relation to the Ship owned by it.
