Common use of Copies of Design Development and Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Copies of Design Development and Other Documents. Architect, at its own expense, shall provide three (3) complete sets of the Design Development Documents described herein for DISTRICT's review and approval. Additionally, at DISTRICT's expense, Architect shall provide such documents as may be required by any federal, state, regional or local agencies concerned with the Project, including but not limited to, the State Department of Education, the Division of State Architect, the Department of General Services or any other appropriate federal, state, regional or local regulatory bodies. Any additional copies required by DISTRICT shall be provided at actual cost to DISTRICT.
