COPIES OF DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. 16.1 The Guarantee shall be deposited with the Fiscal Agent and shall be held in safe custody by the Fiscal Agent on behalf of the Noteholders. 16.2 The Paying Agents shall hold copies of all documents required to be so available by the Conditions or the rules of any relevant Stock Exchange (or any other relevant authority) and shall make such copies available for inspection by Noteholders at its specified office during normal business hours. For this purpose, the Issuer and/or the Guarantor shall furnish each Paying Agent with sufficient copies of each of the relevant documents.
