COPIES OF DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. Each Paying Agent, the Registrar and the Transfer Agents shall hold available for inspection or collection at its specified office during normal business hours copies of all documents required to be so available by the Conditions of any Covered Bonds or the rules of any relevant Stock Exchange (or any other relevant authority). For these purposes, the Issuer shall furnish the Paying Agents, the Registrar and the Transfer Agents with sufficient copies of each of the relevant documents. Each Paying Agent shall provide by email to any holder of Covered Bonds copies of all documents required to be so available by the Conditions of any Covered Bonds, following the holder’s prior written request and provision of poof of holding and identity (in a form satisfactory to the relevant Paying Agent.
