The Manager will provide to: (a) (OFFERED NOTE REGISTRAR): each Offered Note Registrar sufficient copies of all documents required by the Offered Note Conditions or the Offered Note Trust Deed to be available to the applicable Offered Noteholders; and (b) (OFFERED NOTE IRISH PAYING AGENT): the Offered Note Irish Paying Agent and the Class A-2 Irish Paying Agent, copies of all documents required by the listing rules of the Irish Stock Exchange to be available to the applicable Offered Noteholders or Class A-2 Noteholders, for issue or inspection.
