COPIES OF DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. Each Paying Agent shall hold available for inspection or collection at its specified office during normal business hours copies of all documents required to be so available by the Conditions of any Notes. COPIES OF DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. The Agent and the Paying Agents shall hold available for inspection copies of:
(1) the organizational documents of the Issuers;
(2) the latest available audited consolidated financial statements of the Corporation and its consolidated subsidiaries, beginning with such financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2001 and the publicly available portions of the Call Reports with respect to the Bank beginning with the period ending December 31, 2001;
(3) the Program Agreement and this Agreement;
(4) the Offering Circular; and
(5) any future offering circulars, information memoranda and supplements (except that a Pricing Supplement relating to any unlisted Note will only be available for inspection by a holder of such Note and such holder must produce evidence satisfactory to the Paying Agent as to ownership) to the Offering Circular and any other documents incorporated therein by reference and in the case of a syndicated issue of listed Notes, the syndication agreement (or equivalent document). For this purpose, the Issuers shall furnish the Agent and the Paying Agents with sufficient copies of each of such documents.
COPIES OF DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. 16.1 The Guarantee shall be deposited with the Fiscal Agent and shall be held in safe custody by the Fiscal Agent on behalf of the Noteholders.
16.2 The Paying Agents shall hold copies of all documents required to be so available by the Conditions or the rules of any relevant Stock Exchange (or any other relevant authority) and shall make such copies available for inspection by Noteholders at its specified office during normal business hours. For this purpose, the Issuer and/or the Guarantor shall furnish each Paying Agent with sufficient copies of each of the relevant documents.
COPIES OF DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. The Principal Paying Agent shall hold available for inspection by Certificateholders at its specified office or will, at the option of the Principal Paying Agent, make available by email on request (subject to provision of proof of holding satisfactory to the Principal Paying Agent and the Obligor), in each case, during normal business hours on any day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) copies of the documents required by the Base Prospectus to be made available. For these purposes, the Trustee shall provide the Paying Agents with sufficient copies of each of the relevant documents.

Each Paying Agent shall provide by email to a Noteholder or Covered Bondholder copies of all documents required to be so available by the Note Conditions or Covered Bond Conditions, following the Noteholder’s or Covered Bondholder’s prior written request and provision of proof of holding and identity (in a form satisfactory to the relevant Paying Agent).
