Common use of Copies of Documents; Information Clause in Contracts

Copies of Documents; Information. If not already provided, the Depositor shall promptly furnish to the Administrative Agent (i) a copy of each certificate, report, statement, notice or other communication furnished by it or on its behalf to the Issuer, any Seller or the Servicer concurrently therewith and furnish to the Administrative Agent promptly after receipt thereof a copy of each notice, demand or other communication received by it or on its behalf pursuant to this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, and (ii) such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Receivables, the Depositor, the Issuer, any Seller or the Servicer which is in its possession or under its control, as the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.
