Common use of Copies of Documents Clause in Contracts

Copies of Documents. With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filing; and (iii) give consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.

Copies of Documents. With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft applications and other submissions to the USPTO any patent office prior to filing; and (iii) give due consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel, which Hospital and its patent counsel will not unreasonably refuse to incorporate or address.

With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filingfiling with reasonable time to allow for review by Company; and (iii) give consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.

With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filing; and (iii) give reasonable consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.

With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO and foreign equivalent, as applicable, prior to filing; and (iii) give consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.

With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital Company shall instruct the outside patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right selected by the parties to (i) copy Company Hospital on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company Hospital with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filing; and (iii) give consideration to the comments and requests of Company Hospital or its patent counsel; as further set forth in Section 6.1.

With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to to: (ia) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) and foreign equivalent, as applicable; ; (iib) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filing; and and (iiic) give consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.

Copies of Documents. With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filing; and (iii) give good faith consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.

With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Companycopy Company on correspondence between Hospital and such patent counsel, provide Company with including copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filing; and (iii) give consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.

With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and any foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filing; and (iii) give reasonable consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.

With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, if requested in writing by Company, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filing; and (iii) give consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.
