Copies of Notices and Reports; Related Matters. If any Environmental Law requires Contractor or any Subcontractor to make, submit or file any non- Routine notice or report of any kind, to any Environmental Agency or other person, including without limitation any agency or other person having any responsibility for any type of emergency response activity, then Contractor must deliver a complete copy of the notice or report (or, in the case of legally required telephonic or other oral notices or reports, a comprehensive written summary of same) to the Law Department within 48 hours of making, submitting or filing the original report. The requirements of this provision apply, regardless of whether the subject matter of the required notice or report concerns performance of this Contract. Failure to comply with any requirement of this provision is an event of default.
