Reporting Requirements During the Term of the Contract. The Compliance Monitoring System is available at: xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Coordinator will set up account access for the Contactor and all subcontractors following execution of the contract. During the term of the contract, Contractor and all subcontractors will be responsible for submitting monthly reports to the Authority via the Compliance Monitoring System according to the following schedule: CONTRACTOR (PRIME) Report all payment activity, including non-payments, to subcontractors for the prior month 15th day of each month SUBCONTRACTOR Confirmation of all payments received from prime Contractor 20th of each month All subcontract agreements between the Contractor and MBE/WBE firms must contain language requiring the MBE/WBE to respond to notifications from the Authority requiring the MBE/WBE firms to report payments received from a prime or a non-certified firm.
