Copies of Records of Disciplinary. Action A copy of any record of disciplinary action which has been placed in or removed from the member’s personnel file shall be provided to the member at the time of its placement or removal. Unfounded citizens’ complaints and anonymous charges shall never be placed in the member’s personnel file.
