Common use of Copies of Regulatory Reports Clause in Contracts

Copies of Regulatory Reports. Furnish to the holders of the Notes, promptly after transmittal or filing thereof by the Company, copies of all proxy statements, notices and reports as it shall send to its stockholders, copies of all registration statements (without exhibits) and all reports which it files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other regulatory agency, other than routine reports filed with respect to employee benefit plans (excepting those annual reports with respect to each such plan requested by the holders of the Notes in writing pursuant to Section 4(q) hereof).
