Common use of Copies of Shareholder Information Clause in Contracts

Copies of Shareholder Information. Parent will deliver to the Trustee copies of all proxy materials (including notices of Parent Meetings but excluding proxies to vote Parent Common Stock), information statements, reports (including all interim and annual financial statements) and other written communications that, in each case, are to be distributed from time to time to holders of Parent Common Stock in sufficient quantities and in sufficient time so as to enable the Trustee to send those materials to each Beneficiary at the same time and in the same manner as such materials are first sent to holders of Parent Common Stock. The Trustee will mail or otherwise send to each Beneficiary, at the expense of Parent, copies of all such materials (and all materials specifically directed to the Beneficiaries or to the Trustee for the benefit of the Beneficiaries by Parent) received by the Trustee from Parent contemporaneously with the sending of such materials to holders of Parent Common Stock.
