Common use of Copies of Shareholder Information Clause in Contracts

Copies of Shareholder Information. ParentCo will deliver to the Trustee copies of all proxy materials, (including notices of ParentCo Meetings, but excluding proxies to vote ParentCo Common Shares), information statements, reports (including without limitation all interim and annual financial statements) and other written communications that are to be distributed from time to time to holders of ParentCo Common Shares in sufficient quantities and in sufficient time, to the extent possible, so as to enable the Trustee to send those materials to each Holder at the same time as such materials are first sent to holders of ParentCo Common Shares. The Trustee will mail or otherwise send to each Holder, at the expense of ParentCo, copies of all such materials (and all materials specifically directed to the Holders or to the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders by ParentCo) received by the Trustee from ParentCo, to the extent possible, at the same time as such materials are first sent to holders of ParentCo Common Shares. The Trustee will make copies of all such materials available for inspection by any Holder at the Trustee's principal office.

The Trustee will mail or otherwise send to each Holder, at the expense of ParentCo, copies of all such materials (and all materials specifically directed to the Holders or to the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders by ParentCo) received by the Trustee from ParentCo, to the extent possible, ParentCo at the same time as such materials are first sent to holders of ParentCo Common SharesStock.
