Copies of Software. The Fund may not copy the software except as necessary for the Fund to exercise its rights hereunder and for backup and archival purposes only, and the Fund shall include on all copies of the Software all copyright and other proprietary notices or legends included on the Software. The provisions of this Paragraph do not apply to the Fund data files in machine-readable form.
