Common use of Copies of the Revised Financial Model Clause in Contracts

Copies of the Revised Financial Model. Following any adjustment to the Financial Model under the provisions of this Article 16 (Financial Model Adjustments), Developer shall promptly deliver a copy of the revised Financial Model to the Authority in the same form as the versions delivered pursuant to Section 2 prior to Financial Close or in such other form as may be agreed between the Parties.

Following any adjustment to the Financial Model under the provisions of this Article 16 (Financial Model Adjustments), Developer the Development Entity shall promptly deliver a copy of the revised Financial Model to the Authority Department in the same form as the versions delivered pursuant to Section 2 2.4 (Achievement of or Failure to Achieve the Financial Closing Date) prior to Financial Close or in such other form as may be agreed between the Parties.
