The Administrative Agent, each Funding Agent and the Collateral Agent shall have received from the Master Servicer a copy of the Policies in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent and each Funding Agent, certified by a Responsible Officer of the Master Servicer as true, correct and complete copy of such Policies.
