Copies to Rating Agencies. With respect to any Series that is rated, the Issuer shall deliver, or shall cause the Manager to deliver, a copy of each report, certificate or instruction, as applicable, described in this Section 4.1 to each Rating Agency at its address provided in the applicable Series Supplement.
