Copy of Authorization. For any authorization for recurring TEL Entries, you shall promptly provide the Receiver with a written copy thereof promptly after your receipt (and always prior to the first settlement date). Providing the written copy is in addition to (not instead of) the requirement to make and retain an audio record of that authorization.
