Common use of Copy of Contract to District Clause in Contracts

Copy of Contract to District. A copy of any material changes to the contract between the management organization and the Governing Board shall be submitted to the District within five (5) days of execution. The Sponsor shall have 30 days to review the material changes. If the changes violate the terms of this Contract or applicable law the Sponsor shall provide written notice to the School which shall include a description of the violations. The School may address the concerns or initiate the dispute resolution process included in this Charter.
