Copy of Lease. The Lessor shall deliver a copy of this lease, duly executed by Xxxxxx or his authorized agent, to the Lessee within thirty (30) days after a copy hereof, duly executed by the Lessee, has been delivered to the Lessor.
Copy of Lease. Subtenant represents that it has received a copy of the Lease and is familiar with the terms of the Lease as the same may apply to this Agreement and the Sublease Premises and understands Subtenant’s obligations as set forth in the Lease. A copy of the Lease is attached hereto as Exhibit B which is incorporated herein and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Copy of Lease. The undersigned TENANT does hereby acknowledge that he or she has received a copy of this Lease for their records.
Copy of Lease. The Covenantor hereby confirms that it has received a fully executed copy of the Lease and of all of the other Lease Documents, and has received full disclosure of all matters and information relating to the transaction contemplated in the Lease and all of the other Lease Documents.
Copy of Lease. Rental Agreement for each location in which WIOA funds are being used to pay rent. July 31, 2018
Copy of Lease. The Owner shall furnish to the Trustees, at least ten (10) days before the commencement date, a copy of the executed Lease and a lease addendum if required by the Trustees (“Addendum”), as well as the names and contact information of the tenant and all occupants. The Lease shall comply with the Restrictive Agreement.
Copy of Lease. The Housing Unit Owner shall provide to the HA a fully executed copy of the lease or other occupancy agreement no later than seven (7) days after it is fully executed.
Copy of Lease. Landlord has delivered a copy of this Lease to Tenant for Tenant’s review only and the delivery of it does not constitute an offer to Tenant or an option. Tenant represents that it has not dealt with any broker in connection with this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord and the Landlord Related Parties harmless from Tenant’s breach of the foregoing representation.
Copy of Lease. Tenants acknowledge, by Xxxxxxx’ signature below, that Tenants have received a copy of this Lease at the time of execution by Xxxxxxx.
