Copy of Payments to OEHHA. The Purported Violators agree to provide Xxxxxxx’x counsel with a copy of the checks payable to OEHHA, simultaneous with its penalty payments to Xxxxxxx, to be delivered to the address provided in § 3.2(a)(i), as proof of payment to OEHHA.
